We offer two different staging packages to best suit your budget and needs.

Initial Staging Consultation: This is great for the do-it-yourselfer. Consultations typically last from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home. A full walkthrough of the exterior and interior of the home is evaluated, and the result is a detailed and prioritized checklist of improvements that specify what is needed to fully maximize the property's selling potential. Suggestions for styling and furniture arrangement are given as well.

Full Service Staging: Paired with the initial staging consultation, we also evaluate each room for cleanliness, organization, and decor to eliminate clutter and excess. Furniture and accessories are repositioned for best visual impact. For model or vacant homes, rental options will be presented to fill the space accordingly. Suggestions for a color palette, lighting, accessories as well as any repair work is also available if necessary. The project is finished with a final touch to the senses with scents, music, and lighting.
